- Please prepare abstracts according to the instructions on the website.

Abstracts should be structured as follows: Title, Author's Name and Affiliation, Country, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions

The title must be less than 30 words.

The main body of abstracts must not exceed 300 words.

The words in the title and author's information do not count toward your total word count.

The maximum number of authors is 10 per abstract.

No tables and images are allowed.

Abstracts should be typed in English.

When you submit your abstracts online, it will be automatically edited according to the designated format.
* All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting and abstract submitting authors by June 9, 2026.
Poster Presentation Notice
** How to prepare your poster presentation
1. Presentation
- Posters will be displayed only on the on-site DID monitors in the Shilla Room from June 19 to June 20.
- Poster presenters must be available at their posters to answer questions during the session.
- In addition, guided poster tours led by session chairs will be conducted.
- The detailed presentation schedule will be announced in June.
2. E-poster File Submission Deadline – June
- Files submitted after the deadline may not be uploaded for display on the on-site DID
monitors.
3. Submission
- You can submit your poster file via the 2026 KEC website.
4. File Name Requirements
- Final Abstract No._Presenter’s Name (e.g., 01_Mike Kim)
5. Presentation Template Requirements
- Language: English
- File format: PDF format file ONLY
- File Size: The maximum file size is 77cm(width) x 138cm(high) 1page
- Font: Standard Window office font provided by MS office (such as Arial, Callbri or Times New
Roman)
