- Please prepare abstracts according to the instructions on the website.

Abstract Format

  1. Abstracts should be structured as follows: Title, Author's Name and Affiliation, Country, Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions

  2. The title must be less than 30 words.

  3. The main body of abstracts must not exceed 300 words.

  4. The words in the title and author's information do not count toward your total word count.

  5. The maximum number of authors is 10 per abstract.

  6. No tables and images are allowed.

  7. Abstracts should be typed in English.

  8. When you submit your abstracts online, it will be automatically edited according to the designated format.

* All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to the standard review procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to presenting and abstract submitting authors by June 15, 2024.

Poster Presentation Notice

** Guideline for the poster presentation

​

  1. The poster should be on display during the Congress which will be held from June 23 to June 24.

  2. The poster must be set up before the poster Session starts at the provided time above.

  3. Materials will be provided for affixing posters to the poster boards at the session place.

  4. The posters must be removed after the last session on June 24. Please note that the secretariat does not take any responsibility for unclaimed posters.

  5. The poster presenter must be available to answer questions at the poster during the session.
    In addition, there will be guided tours of posters, led by chairs.

  6. Please note the poster’s dimensions as below :
    ** Maximum dimensions of the poster board : Width = 90cm. Height = 120cm
